AD Clear publishes disclosures in accordance with the CPMI-IOSCO Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures (PFMI) and the Disclosure Framework for Central Counterparties to promote transparency and support stakeholders’ assessment.

These disclosures provide transparency on AD Clear’s legal basis, governance arrangements, risk management framework, and key quantitative metrics They are intended to support participants, regulators, and stakeholders in understanding the design and operation of AD Clear, in line with international practices.
