Abu Dhabi Clear LLC (AD Clear) was established on 28/12/2023, and it is wholly owned by Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). AD Clear provides the clearing and settlement services to ADX's Derivatives Market with plans to expand its scope of services to cover ADX's Securities Market in the near future.

Capital Market Authority

Abu Dhabi Clear LLC (AD Clear) is regulated (Activity License on 01/07/2024) by the Capital Market Authority-a federal authority in the United Arab Emirates. Capital Market Authority was established by Federal Law No (4) of (2000) concerning the Emirates Securities and Commodities and Market.
